A certificate is only useful when the test results, the batch number, and the material actually delivered line up. Kaxite's quality documentation is structured around that link — not around a generic PDF template.

Fugitive-emission test report for low-leakage valve packing where the specification requires it.
Documentation for elastomer compatibility and material performance where specified.
Material composition declarations aligned with EU chemical and electrical compliance frameworks.
Classification of non-metallic gasket and packing materials for identification and traceability.
Manufacturer-issued test report and inspection certificate specific to the delivered batch.
MTR and EN 10204 3.1 are manufacturer-issued documents that report test results tied to a specific batch. They are the standard documents most industrial buyers require — and they are only meaningful when the batch number on the document matches the material marking and the packing list.
Ask for three things before a bulk PO: a sample MTR with the batch number visible, a sample API 622 or EN 10204 3.1 certificate, and confirmation that the documents are issued per shipment rather than per year.
Documentation is not the same as evidence. The certificate must point to the lot that ships. That is the check this page is built around.
